1. Introduction

jilizz ("jilizz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the online gaming platform at jilizz.app (the "Platform") and is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "Player," or "Data Subject"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jilizz collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects personal data in connection with your use of the Platform, in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC").

jilizz collects personal data from you in the following categories:

1. Registration Data. Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number provided at account registration.
2. Identity Verification (KYC) Data. Government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and where required, source of funds documentation, collected to comply with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to Philippine online gaming operators.
3. Financial Data. GCash account details, PayMaya account details, bank account numbers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), transaction history, deposits, withdrawals, and wallet balances. jilizz does not store full payment card numbers.

1. Performance of Contract. Processing of registration data, financial data, and gaming activity data is necessary for jilizz to perform its obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions.
2. Legal Obligation. KYC and AML data processing is required to comply with Philippine gaming regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
3. Legitimate Interests. Technical data processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement is carried out on the basis of jilizz's legitimate interests, balanced against your privacy rights.
4. Consent. Marketing communications and certain cookie-based tracking are processed on the basis of your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Payment Processors. GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Maya Philippines Inc.), BDO Unibank, BPI, and Metrobank — solely to process your transactions;

• KYC / Compliance Providers. Third-party identity verification and AML screening services engaged to assist jilizz in meeting its regulatory obligations;
