jilizz Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and jilizz ("jilizz," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilizz.app (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jilizz Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a jilizz account: employees, agents, and contractors of jilizz; immediate family members of the foregoing; persons who have self-excluded from the Platform; and persons who are subject to a court order, regulatory prohibition, or other legal restriction on gaming activity.

3. Account Registration

1. You may only hold one (1) registered account on jilizz. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent suspension of all accounts.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for KYC purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if it changes.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilizz login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jilizz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. jilizz reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation, in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and KYC regulations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All transactions on jilizz are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
2. jilizz accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to the specific terms and processing times of each payment provider. Deposits are generally credited to your jilizz wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
3. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may be subject to withdrawal limits. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
4. jilizz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended during such checks. 5. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. jilizz may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.
2. General wagering requirements apply to all Bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
3. jilizz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Abuse of the jilizz Bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of Bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
4. jilizz reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any player has violated the spirit or letter of any promotional offer.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

1. All games available on jilizz are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by human dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilizz's control.
2. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary materially. jilizz makes no guarantee of any particular outcome or return in any gaming session.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome, jilizz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct on the jilizz Platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jilizz game or system;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilizz Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilizz content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The jilizz Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilizz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
3. jilizz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

jilizz collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilizz.app/privacy-policy. By using the jilizz Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilizz implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

11. Responsible Gaming

jilizz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. jilizz provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:
